Two years, one month and a couple of days ago, when M was still being breast fed, I posted this Venn diagram of things my (other) children would eat.
Now M is (nearly) two and a half. He'll eat many things: cornichons, olives and curried lentil soup included.
What he will not eat, however, are fish fingers.

Hee hee - made me laugh a lot. It's like a mirror to our household. Very glad to see you blogging again. You were missed x
ReplyDeleteThank you! Hope to see you soon?!
DeleteServes you right for serving him cornichons!!
ReplyDeleteHe *took* the cornichons. Off B's plate, as I remember.
DeleteI'm not sure I even know what they are. Gherkiny-type things, I think.
DeleteVery small gherkins. Nicer than gherkins though (which I don't really like). And only really nice when eaten in France. As so many things are.
DeleteI was one of those Mum's that swore I would not cook 2 meals, now I cook variations!
ReplyDeleteI only do that with eggs. And only two variations. There's invariably one who's not happy....
DeleteThere are 3 in my house. All of an age where we should behave better. We have had 3 different meats with our roast dinner because we will not agree on 1 we will all eat!
ReplyDeleteYou are either a saint or actually, officially, insane!
DeleteDamn! Oh how frustrating! I have a child who's favourite foods are prawns and chilli squid. And another who likes plain pasta and roast dinners. At least I only have 2 so only one person at a time is unhappy about their dinner!
ReplyDeleteI find one child who's unhappy about their dinner can whinge plenty though....!
