I've got a new look. It's supposed to be less cluttered, more calming; less off-putting, more inspiring of a desire to spend time here (for me, mostly, but you too).
Is it all those things?
Or is it just dull to look at and slow to load?
Thoughts please. And if anyone really hates it (and knows a web designer who fancies a play on blogger) do get in touch...

I know. I'm sorry. I hate these word recognition, are you a robot, guff things too, but having just got rid of a large number of ungrammatical and poorly spelt adverts for all sorts of things I don't want, and especially don't want on my blog, I'm hoping that this will mean that only lovely people, of the actually a person variety, will comment.
So please do. Comments are great...

DeleteI've newly discovered your blog, so I don't know what the old one was like. But this is refreshingly simple and easy to read. Which, in my view, helps foreground the good writing. It loaded straight away for me.
